Aghavni Dilanyan is the Deputy Executive Director for Personal Claims Insurance at "Nairi Insurance" ILLC. She completed her residency in Social Hygiene and Healthcare Management at Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi and has continued her professional education throughout her career.

Her academic and professional qualifications include an Executive MBA from the Department of Healthcare Management at Yerevan State Medical University, the Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement Open School (USA), the Leadership Development Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the Strategic Leadership in the Digital Era program at Matena International School.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Health Economics, Policy and Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Health Invest LLC.

In addition, Aghavni is an invited lecturer and speaker at various educational institutions in Armenia.
