Araksya Harutyunyan is a senior financial services executive with over 20 years of experience in capital markets, brokerage services, and investment company management. She currently serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of a leading investment company in Armenia, where she is involved in strategic development, oversight of brokerage operations, and the advancement of investment services.

She brings extensive experience in securities trading, regulatory engagement, and collaboration with financial institutions and international partners. Araksya has also been actively engaged in corporate governance matters, including participation in professional discussions related to the latest revision of the Corporate Governance Code of Armenia.

Earlier in her career, she gained hands-on experience supporting corporate clients in organizing and documenting shareholders’ and board meetings.
She holds a degree from the Armenian State University of Economics and has completed executive education programs with Harvard Business School Online, the New York Institute of Finance, and other international institutions.
