Hovhannes Basentsyan serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO at DCD LLC, a real estate development company known for the Dilijan Eye project in Dilijan, Armenia, a role he has held since July 2025.

In this position, he is responsible for overseeing sales and commercial strategy, managing tender processes, and leading the selection of partners and suppliers. Hovhannes is also actively involved in investment structuring and the overall development management of the project.

Before joining DCD LLC, Hovhannes was the Deputy CEO at RED Invest Group LLC, where he managed strategic partnerships, drove growth initiatives, and improved operational efficiency within the Armenian real estate market. Additionally, he has provided real estate consulting services to international clients, including Knight Frank.
