The purpose of the forum is to help board members find well-reasoned answers to crucial questions regarding effective board evaluation. The topic is particularly relevant in the context of the revised Armenian Corporate Governance Code, the Central Bank's expectations, and the introduction of the SREP methodology. The central theme of the discussion is: how to ensure that board evaluation becomes a credible tool for improving governance, rather than merely a formal requirement?
