1. General Provisions These terms of use define the procedure and conditions for making online payments on the official website of the "Armenian Institute of Directors" (hereinafter referred to as AIoD). By making an online payment on the website, you accept and agree to these terms.
2. Purpose of Payments and Scope of Services Online payments through the AIoD website are made exclusively for the following services: Membership Fees: The one-time registration fee for AIoD membership and the annual membership fee. Events: The purchase of tickets or registration fees for participation in events organized by AIoD (seminars, masterclasses, forums, etc.). No payments or transfers for other purposes are carried out through the website.
3. Security and Data Privacy Online payments are processed through the virtual (vPOS) system of "Ameriabank" CJSC. When making a payment, you are redirected to the bank's secure and encrypted page. The "Armenian Institute of Directors" does not collect, process, or store your bank card details.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy Based on the nature of the services provided, the refund conditions are differentiated as follows: Membership Fees: AIoD membership registration fees and paid annual membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances or timing of membership termination. Event Tickets: Conditions for the refund or cancellation of amounts paid for event participation (refund deadlines, penalties, or non-refundability) are set separately for each event. The User can review the specific refund terms of a given event on the event description and registration page before making a payment. If no special conditions are specified on the event page, the purchased tickets are non-refundable. Refund Procedure: In all cases where a refund is applicable according to the terms of a given event, it is not processed through the website's payment system (automatically). The refund is carried out outside the website's system via a separate bank transfer made by AIoD to the user's bank account, following the submission of a corresponding request and bank details by the latter.
