I am a finance executive with over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and audit. I specialize in financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, financing, bond issuance, financial analysis, tax compliance, and risk  management. I currently serve as Chief Financial Officer of Renshin Investment Company, where I am responsible for the company’s financial strategy, project financing, financial planning, and managing relationships with  banks, investors, and other financial partners.

Throughout my career, I have also led accounting and finance functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, managing tax risks, coordinating audits, and continuously improving financial processes.

Since 2024, I have also served as a Board Member of World Trade Center Yerevan, contributing to the organization’s strategic development, investment initiatives, and international cooperation.

I hold both a Bachelor’s and a master’s degree in economics from the Armenian State University of Economics and have further developed my expertise in financial management and leadership through RAU Business School and Matena International School of Leadership and Professional Development.
