Lia is Chief Accountant of Converse Bank. She joined the Bank in 2008 and has extensive experience in accounting, finance, financial and supervisory reporting, tax, audit, and IFRS compliance.

Throughout her career, she has led and contributed to various professional projects in accounting, taxation, IFRS implementation and compliance, and financial reporting. She is also a member of the Quality Committee of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia.

Lia has been teaching accounting since 2017. She is a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and a qualified expert accountant in the Republic of Armenia. She holds the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) and the Certified Sustainable Finance Manager (CSFM) qualification.

She holds a Master’s degree with honors in Finance and Credit from the Armenian State University of Economics.
