Directors Certification Program (DCP)

The Armenian Institute of Directors presents the Directors Certification Program (DCP), an elite executive capacity-building program designed for C-level leaders, senior executives, and board directors. This initiative focuses on applied decision-making, real board cases, and practical governance dilemmas rather than theoretical exposition. Designed to elevate boardroom effectiveness, the program is delivered primarily by experienced practitioners with direct board, executive, and governance exposure.

Program Structure and Schedule

The certification spans 9 days total, organized into three intensive 3-day modules:

January 29–31, 2027      - Module I: Governance, Board Accountability and Effectiveness

February 26–28, 2027    - Module II: Financial Oversight, Risk and Control

April 9–11, 2027             - Module III: Strategy, Digital Transformation and Board Leadership

Duration: 45 hours

Venues: Sessions will take place in premium venues across Yerevan, as well as select offsite locations outside the city to foster an immersive executive environment.

Program fee (not including travel and accommodation costs):

AIoD members fee - 1,200,000 AMD

General fee - 2,000,000 AMD

Participants' eligibility:

1. the director, deputy director, board member, chairman of the board of an organization listed on the stock exchange and/or permitted for trading as an individual, who has no less than 10 years of experience as a director for full member status,
2. the organizations that are listed or admitted to trading on the stock exchange, mid- and big-size companies, that can be represented by up to 5 participants,
3. individuals not reaching the requirements can be accepted as affiliate members by decision of the Membership and Marketing Committee,
4. other organizations and individuals by decision of the Membership and Marketing Committee.
