Armenian Institute of Directors (AIoD) Launches Peer-to-Peer Lounge only-for-members and special invitees closed networking format.
YEREVAN, March 25, 2026 — On March 25, 2026, the Armenian Institute of Directors (AIoD) hosted its inaugural Peer-to-Peer Lounge, convening a distinguished group of business leaders to address the future of corporate governance in Armenia. The event utilized a structured diagnostic format to explore five critical areas of board development: professional certification, strategic expectations, board efficiency, collective advocacy, and the shift toward real board accountability.
The event utilized a structured diagnostic format to explore five critical areas of board development: professional certification, strategic expectations, board efficiency, collective advocacy, and the shift toward real board accountability.
The gathering was held at A1 ArtSpace, located on the second floor of the historic Ter-Avetikyan building (est. 1914). We chose this venue as it mirrors our vision for modern governance; much like this legacy-rich building’s evolution, effective boards provide the essential framework for businesses to innovate while remaining values-anchored. The findings from this session will serve as the foundation for AIoD’s upcoming research, training programs, and advocacy initiatives throughout 2026.
